Yes. The estimate factors in aircraft hourly rate, fuel, crew, landing fees, FBO handling, and segment fees. The only costs not included are catering, ground transportation, and international fees (customs, overflight permits) which vary by trip.

Larger aircraft have higher hourly rates, burn more fuel, and cost more to land. However, they also carry more passengers, have longer range (avoiding fuel stops), and offer larger cabins. Cost per passenger often makes heavy jets competitive for groups of 8+.
